Very knowledgeable staff on the phone. Explains contract and work well. Would have liked if at least one person at job site spoke English. Work done is beautiful, cleaned up job site well. Took longer than I thought it would take based on when I spoke to the customer service people and my neighbor's experiences. Most were done in one day, mine took 3 days to complete, no delays due to weather during working hours.

All of our Crew Supervisors speak fluent English, however they are also responsible for several behind the scenes work on your roof such as purchasing additional materials or wood. As such, the supervisor may have to leave the job site for a time to purchase and deliver such extras. Our crews do strive to complete work in one-day, as we are popular for our quick turnarounds. This is always the "goal", but may not always be met. Other events besides weather can effect schedules and we do apologize that your took longer than we all expected. Thank you.

Quality work started early got done same day Becareful with hidden fees was told by crew they had 10 pieces if wood got charged for 15 ???? salesman or as they call financal person (guy who picks up check) I realize he new to the business but very little knowledge asked questions didn't have answers Work on a price verify what you can the work is quality guest service isn't

In doing so once the roof project is started we evaluate all wood that needs to be replace and give the clients a call to inform them of every piece being changed and support with pictures and receipts at the end of the job to our clients for their records. We highly advise the customers to be present at the job the entire time to see all wood replaced.

I'm only dinging the Customer Service because of some rescheduled meeting and delivery times. Their install team was wonderful and did a great job with install and clean up. It was almost as painless as it could have been. But the final product is beautiful and worth showing off.

They were doing a very good job as far as the roof replacement is concerned. Punctual, fast and professional. Do make sure you negotiate on the estimate. Have reserve money as the final bill could be way higher than the estimate. 10%+ They might offer a free roof vent but later they charge for installing 2 by 4 s which is needed for the roof vent. Charge per two by four is $40 a piece to nail it in.
