My dryer was not working, making lots of funny noises. I contacted DARS and within a day they were able to send someone to diagnosis the problem which he was able to do right away. Parts were needed but he returned in two days as promised and put the dryer back together in no time. Hamdi was professional, efficient and clearly showed that he had years of experience. It was a pleasure interacting with him. I felt that the service charge was reasonable and fair. I would use their services again and would not hesitate to recommend them. I would give them the highest rating.

They showed up on a Saturday which was totally unexpected when I called to make an appointment. There was a need to order a part but the communication for when the part would arrive and then the next appointment to schedule the time to complete the work was easy and seamless. It was so nice to have the appliance working as expected again.

He said he could not fix it. Inquired about.getting new one. Indicated he was a tech. Paid and he reached for door knob before I got to it. Not very friendly
