    The DARs service technician was congenial and professional. It was quite obvious that he knew exactly what he was doing in troubleshooting & repairing our 15 year old Kenmore Washer. Highly recommend*** ***on a separate occasion, this firm also repaired a defective ice maker on our General Electric refrigerator- freezers.

    I needed a gas range burner fixed. The repairman broke **multiple** screws while trying to open the gas range for troubleshooting. We declined any further repair, and asked for the screws to be fixed. Days later, the same repairman tried drilling the broken screws out, but did a horrible job and made multiple burners unusable. Then they dragged their feet on getting replacements. I will never use this company again. The experience was so bad and took so many weeks, that in future I would rather fix repairs myself then hire someone else to do it.

    I was impressed that the technician was well prepared (with the part in hand) to repair my washing machine. I did not have to wait to approve an estimate and then schedule the work. It was repaired the same day.

    Update: the company contacted me last week and returned my money due to my lack of satisfaction with the service. My experience with the company involved receiving 4 service visits which resulted in our Dishwasher not being fixed. The first visit was to assess the problem which was determined that the circuit board needs to be replaced. The second visit involved the technician brining the wrong circuit board. The third visit involved the technician bringing a circuit board that did not work. The fourth visit involved the technician saying there must be something else wrong with the appliance, maybe it is the pump Hence, after four visits, our dishwasher is in the same status of not working, however, we are out $69 for their service visit. If that was not bad enough, their office called me on Easter Sunday at 0800 in the morning to schedule a visit. In addition, the visit that they scheduled after disturbing me on Easter morning, which was agreed to for Tuesday, was never honored. No one showed. We received a text message asking for a visit on Wednesday. Their office has the most abhorrent customer service imaginable.

    Excellent customer service, quick, response time, knowledgeable and professional techs. I've used DARS for several appliance issues and have been very happy every time. They get the job done right for a very fair price, and they stand behind their work. I never worry about having to replace broken appliances, because I can call DARS. I highly recommend this company.

    My repair was quick, the technicians diagnosis was accurate. When you are stressed over the breakdown of a major appliance, the DARS repairman was reassuring and sympathetic. I will definitely use them again.
