Prompt, professional, fair pricing. Have used them twice, once for washer and once for dryer. When they could not repair my dryer they refunded me a portion of the repair cost which was unexpected and appreciated!

I have used Dars for my personal appliances and appliances for properties that I manage. They have delivered fast, smooth and curtous service. Their servicing included washing machines, dryers, refrigerators, dish washer and stove repairs. After spotty service from other companies, I have used them exclusively for the past five years.

We have had Dar appliances out to our residence at least twice over the past several years. Each tech was prompt, courteous, pleasant, efficient, and effective--and completely resolver our problem each time. I highly recommend them.

DARS to my home in Virginia the day I called, quickly determined that they needed to replace the water pump and provided a detailed cost estimate (that included a credit for the initial service visit). Two days later they returned with a new pump and quickly installed it (for less than half the price quoted by the manufacturer). The service technician was very knowledgeable. courteous and efficient. DARS is the only shop I plan to use for any of my appliances.
