Ended up with a Trane 4 ton unit at a price that was considerably less than I had been quoted for a lesser brand 3 ton unit. Fully warranted along with a 3 year service contract. They even installed free auxiliary heat strips in the bargain.

Sales rep.,Jason was great. He was a little late for our appointment and gave me a heads up call to apologize. He expressed me and knew what exactly what i needed. The crew did a great job and finished in about 5 hours. When my other unit goes, I will call them.

My entire experience with them was superlative. This firm should be considered very strongly in your deliberations to replace an older HVAC system. Jason was not a hard sell sales associate. He presented the facts, identified the differences and the pros and cons of each unit he priced. I can't remember the names of each technician that worked on my project, but they are all first class and professional. They worked 10 hours the first day so the heat would be functional that evening. Juan returned to perform the duct cleaning and register cleaning and sealing. He was first rate and willing to explain what he was doing. Carlos was the commissioning technician (and also the owner along with his wife). He provided alternative installation options for our consideration and was highly professional and informative. All in all, the entire team was very courteous, professional and hard working. The work areas were cleaned up each day and I am very satisfied with their product and installation. I would definitely recommend getting a quote from them for any service you may require.
