It took the crew over 5 attempts to get this AC unit installed. They left a mess, and then because the air handler was not installed properly, it flooded. All on a Friday night at midnight. Sent somebody out on a Saturday, same thing. Finally got it installed correctly the next week, only to have limited to no air flow coming out of certain vents. Three more appointments later and it got fixed.

Susan, your install was a very difficult one, with no space around the new air handler, it was quite difficult for our guys to install a new system with new dimensions. I'm glad we were able to accomplish such a difficult task and able to have a good airflow to all rooms.

Delta Air has been great , provided a very competitive Bid . Jason the sales person was professional provided a quote same day as he did his assessment of the job. The install crew very professional came to my home introduced themselves prior to starting the job . From start to end everything went very smoothly just as Jason described . Great job thanks !

Fair price,quality work, no surprises. The knowledgeable install crew did a wonderful job. So happy we chose Delta. Family owned business. The salesman was the owner. He explained our options and let me make the choice. No pressure tactics whatsoever. Our APS easy pay went down $75 almost immediately. Just saw on this month's bill that it is going down another $41 next month. We replaced a 13 seer with a 15 seer Trane.
