Top Top Rated customer service !!! I found the sales person (Jason) very knowledgeable, genuine, caring and honest. He didn't try to give me a sales pitch but rather he listened to our needs and didn't try to sell the most expensive unit but rather what was the right AC unit in terms of efficiency for the size of our rental home. I approached Home advisor in the evening and I had many calls but from all the calls I received, found Jason to be the most knowledgeable person. The price was fairly reasonable, the customer service is outstanding and the timing , meeting the schedule is A+++ Outstanding !!!!. and the guarantee for part, labour and the compressor excellent. I feel lucky to have found this company to immediately respond to our needs , and take care of everything within 24 hours ( actually less than 24 hours!) . We have had such a bad experience with all other companies that I will not go into detail . I think we made the best choice, as we saved thousands of dollars of repairs , headache and time. We are so happy with the customer service and ultimately our customer (tenant) is very happy. Also being in Canada and not on site, Jason made sure I get all the pictures of the installation, as if I was right there "on site". I believe , the AC working efficiently and with reliability is a matter of survival in Arizona especially in extremely hots days... Thank you you Jason for all you've done for taking the time to listen to our needs and taking of care of our AC heating and cooling needs in such a short and speedy way. We can now relax and have a peaceful mind. Thanks you !

If you are looking to hire a company for A/C installation, give Delta a chance. I needed two units replaced at the same time in August 2016. I obtained quotes and consultations from FOUR companies found on Home Advisor. Delta was by far the most affordable (Thousands $$$) and the original consultation way very professional and not too drawn out. They knew what they were talking about. They were confident about the product and service and were available to answer any question I had. Scheduling was very simple and the Units were installed within 48 hours of me giving them the "go ahead." The crew that came out to install the units was lead by a very nice guy with over 15 years of experience. Everything was delivered and installed as promised, all at an unbeatable price. Delta Air, LLC should be at the top of your list.

I had reached out to a few other companies for quotes on a replacement AC unit. My existing unit was reaching the 10 year mark and was leaking Freon in the attic. Two of the other quotes that I received were referrals through the big box stores. Company #1 came out and did a full analysis of my house, provided a detailed Schedule J for me to review and a professional quote with different options. Company #2 came in my house and kicked his feet up on my table and waited for me to ask for prices. Needless to say, I felt the need to get another opinion, so I looked at Home Advisor for ideas, and that is where I found Delta. I received a call from Jason on Sunday morning as I had inquired late on Saturday night. He was very pleasant on the phone, and provided me lots of information over the phone. He then asked when would be a good time to come out and give me a true estimate as there is only so much that can be done over the phone. He offered to come out on his day off since the time worked well for me. I got the same treatment as company #1 and then some! A very nice, detailed estimate with lots of information and options. I ended up going with the Cadillac as I hope to not have to make another AC purchase in the next decade or two, and I am a big advocate of Solar and green technologies, so getting a high efficiency unit was definitely in my scope. His estimate was way under both other quotes that I had received, for a bigger system and a few extras, such as the 5 year service plan (this was a huge selling point for me). Credit was ran, and I was approved for a loan through their financing company right on the spot. Jason was no-pressure and a likable guy all around. I felt comfortable throwing tons of questions at him while I made my decision, and I am glad he didn't mind coming out on a day that worked well for me as I have a busy work schedule. The install date was for 3 days following the initial estimate (by my request so I could take a day off of work, he originally had tried to set it up sooner). Install went smoothly overall. It was a long day considering it was 100+ degrees and no AC while everything was being replaced, but the staff were friendly while they were at the house. Everything was done in one day, minus the drywall repair. This was communicated to me it would be on a different day before proceeding (no issue). After the guys left, I waited a week and had not received a call about the drywall repair, or some of the other things I was wondering about, such as the rebate information and registration of my equipment. After reaching out to Jason again for info on the drywall repair, I got the impression that it had been overlooked all together and should have been completed already. The drywall guy was then at my house within the hour to get it all squared away. I ended up registering the equipment myself even though I was told it would be done for me as I didn't want there to be a miscommunication here after such an expens

Very professional and knowledgeable company. I had Delta install a new TRANE unit and a new gas furnace, as well as increase the return for the units. I was impressed with the "heads down" no nonsense work, especially on a day when it was 114 degrees having to work up in the attic. Worked with Jason who represented the company very well. He did a final inspection of the work that the crew did, which included pictures of the work they did in the attic (pretty impressive). Very satisfied with the work and the company and will recommend them to friends and neighbors...

The first part of the experience was great and the air conditioning system was installed within 2 days. They however, did not have the correct thermostat for one of the 2 air conditioning units, so I ended up with 2 different thermostats. I asked the the sales person about it and he said one of the thermostats was an upgrade which was not true. He kept saying he would come back out, but he never did. I looked up both thermostats on-line and neither one of them was an upgrade. I then began calling the office and many phone calls later, was told that one of the thermostats was not the correct one. The installers never told me that one of the thermostats was incorrect and would be replaced when the item was in stock. If the sales person had ever checked up on the installation, he could have told me this too. Instead, I had to make many phone calls to the office and one of the women in the office finally told me that they now had the thermostat in stock and would send someone out to replace the substandard one.

Great company. Beat the competitor's price by almost $1000 and had my AC installed the very next day (which is absolutely necessary in the Arizona Summer). Salesman was knowledgable kind, even showed up to meet with us in person last minute in a house with no AC - now that's customer service.

Extremely professional and friendly! After the job was complete, it looked as though no one was even here! (very clean) The two installers did a tremendous job!! Especially, taking into consideration it was 113 outside!! (and a hell of a lot hotter in the attic!) Excited to have the Trane air conditioner! We'll see how long this brand can last through our horrible summers in Phoenix! AWESOME job Delta Air Conditioning!!
