Very professional, fair pricing Great service

Mr. Lee and his team were punctual and polite and their prices were very reasonable, coming in at about half of what I expected. We recently purchased a home built in the late 1980's. The stairs going from the main level to the upper leveI were very "creaky" and had a lot of give or flexing when walked on. At first we were only going to have them remove the carpet, repair the steps and then reattach the carpet. Glad we changed our minds! They removed the carpet, strengthened the stairs and installed hardwood. We thought we were going to have to remove drywall and attack the squeaks from below but they were able to make repairs from above before installing the hardwood. We now have a "silent" hardwood staircase and absolutely love it! They even matched the existing hardwood on the main level to a tee! They were very professional throughout the process. I have already recommended Mr. Lee and his company to several friends and will use them again for future projects. Thank you for a job well done!

The team arrived very promptly on the day of. They were very thorough on the examination of the current flooring and were quick to let me know if there were any issues that needed to be resolved. Mr. Lee and his team were on time everyday (8:00-5:00), trustworthy and did beautiful work. I was so pleased with the wood floors, baseboard and moulding they put in my upstairs bedrooms that I had them re-do the wood floors on my first level. Their prices were extremely reasonable. They also built from scratch a gorgeous banister and post going down the stairs and allowed me to pick out all materials, including cast iron ballusters. They also installed 13 new pre-hung interior doors for me including removal of old doors and trim, delivery from Home Depot, priming and painting new doors, installation of new doorknobs and caulking. Their work looks like fine furniture instead of just floors and doors. Everything came out perfectly. They could not have been more polite and hard working. I will post pictures here soon. (They also repaired some drywall damage I had and did a perfect job with that, too.) Can't say enough great things about this company. They are from South Korea and sometimes my English was hard to understand, but I installed the Google translate app and we communicated about everything just fine through that.

The owner Mr. Lee is very nice and easy to work with. He responded to my e-mails very quickly and came to fix minor problems after installation upon my requests. I think nobody can beat Mr. Lee in terms of his pricing, installation quality and post-installation service. Just one example, He spent almost four hours to replace a couple of dark color wood strips to satisfy my color matching preference. Actually since he started digging out those wood strips and witnessed how hard the replacing work is, I started regretting for my unthoughtful requests. Finally Mr. Lee got the job done beautifully. Mr. Lee, thank you very much!

Excellent experience. The quality of work, timeliness and end result of the floor installation (hardwood and vinyl plank) fabulous! The team helped design our new stairs and railing and it's beautiful. They also installed LED recessed lighting in our basement and dining room. Superior team!!

Great work finished on time and it looks beautiful. Lee's english is difficult to understand and I can see why this may be a problem for some people. Lee kept his appointments and was punctual in following up which is often a problem with contractors. Lee knew that we only had one day to get the initial job done as I was travelling and he made sure the team completed everything.
