Installed hardwood in 3 areas (family room, living/dining room, office). Mr. Lee helped to select type of wood to match existing stairway. They arrived on time. Carefully removed and hauled away the existing carpet. Did the cutting of the wood outside to minimize dust inside even though it was a bit chilly. Cleaned all areas where they worked The installation was excellent. Really like it and appreciative.

They were extremely efficient, on time, and paid close attention to detail. Every cut was spot on. My floor had a lot of undulations and they took the time to see that through. Where other people may have covered it up, they took pride in their work and took care when laying the floors down.

They did a professional job with less money and with a Free upgrade to my existing Hard Wood floor. The work they did was through and also cleaned up and rearranged the furniture they way they were before. I would without hesitation recommend them!!

We decided to replace our carpet floors on the second floor of the house. We received three bids and chose to proceed with Dream Floors, Inc. After we agreed on overall cost of the project and signed the contract, paid an advance, Mr. Lee opted to buy higher grade natural oak - Armstrong by Bruce - instead of agreed on grade. Mr. Lee told us that he felt it would better suit our house. The crew encountered a few problems along the way, caused by setting and original builder construction work, but performed all necessary adjustment at no additional cost to us. Floors are now laser even throughout our entire second floor, which is 832 square feet, including two walk in closets and two linen closets. We also asked to put wood flooring on our stairs, replacing carpet. Dream Floors, Inc. team was highly professional, pleasant to interact with, and very thorough every step of the way, yet incredibly productive. They were done in 16 hours during two days, allowing us to have our weekend. We trusted Dream Floring, Inc since Mr. Lee was upfront and open about everything involved with this project, showed us samples, and explained advantages and weaknesse of having each particular option. We will recommend Dream Floring, Inc. in our neighborhood, to our friends and colleagues and will trust them with our future flooring/staircase needs. Delia and Tim

Mr. Lee and his team did an excellent job installing hardwood floor and also hardwood on the stairs. He helped us pick the new hardwood to match with our existing floor. He is a very professional. I would recommend him.
