I saved all year to be able to purchase and have installed, a sprinkler system. I am a single mom so it was not the easiest feat :) I collected a few quotes from other companies but, I am SO GLAD that I chose Drew Harps for the job. I also really love that it is a family run business. Joey (the owner) is not only kind, professional, and a perfectionist, I also noticed while he and his crew were here, that he treated his crew with so much respect and I hate to say, I don t always see that relationship between an owner and his staff. I recently had my yard graded and leveled and Joey made sure that my yard was left the way it was when he started the install. Such a wonderful experience with Joey and his crew!

I'm sorry you feel 2 weeks is a long time. We called you on May 23rd, and came and repaired your system on June 8th. Every company is booking 2 weeks if not more at that time of the year.

When I first hired this company, Shawn came out, gave me an estimate and I agreed which he installed thereafter. I called him twice, not long after on sprinkler heads malfunctioning or needing adjustments but he was not responsive thereafter. I did not know what to do so I had to search the company phone# which I communicated to Joes wife Joe then came out himself and saw where the adjustments were needed as well as added 2-3 more heads to my lawn still required. Now come to 2023, installed in 2021, and am getting no more responses from either Joe or his wife (spoke with his wife once, and another person took a message and Joe's text response was & who is this? When he had my number from previous years service calls. All I need are sprinkler head adjustments as they are shooting water on parked cars and sidewalks where neighbors walk by while walking children and/or dogs. I am a General Contractor myself and pride myself on customer service! I even tried just moving on from them so that I can just get my sprinklers adjusted but it is a busy season and hard to find an irrigation company just to come service sprinklers when they were not the ones that installed them, to begin with. I honestly can not remember the last time I wrote a review but I have no choice but to take it to this level in hopes to get the attention warranted from this company. I will then follow up with another review if they do contact me post-repairs. As I said, I pride myself in customer service and make myself accountable where I m at fault. Hopefully, this review will be what I needed to do to catch their attention.

They were very good, came out timely and performed good work. Only issue is one of the sprinkler heads isn’t functioning, so they need to come back out. I do appreciate that they have been communicating with me almost daily so I fell like a valued customer
