I see a lot of 5 star ratings for this business, but my experience was a bit different. The gentleman who showed up at my property was rushed and had attitude projecting that he knew everything and the customers were idiots, who needed to be talked down to. Perhaps he was irritated because my Zone 8 that was not working when I first turned it on couple of months back, suddenly started working and hence was no longer a problem for him to fix. But, I had other work related to sprinklers for him to do. So, he should have been happy. Definitely not hiring him again.

Great job and great communication. I have had problems with my sprinkler system for a few years. Drew Harps quickly identified and solved the problem at a lower cost than I expected. They showed up when they said they would (in fact, they called a couple of days earlier to see if they could come the day before our initially scheduled appointment) exactly on time and worked very efficiently until repairs were completed. I will use them as my sprinkler company from now on.
