Pat was great, diagnosed the problem with our refrigerator water valve, determined the correct part, replaced it and now it works like a charm. Heâ s very knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I would definitely hire him again.

My fridge died & finding someone to come out the same day was quite a challenge. - The 1st guy I hired came out & told me 10 days for the replacement part. - The 2nd company would come the next day during a long wide window of time and would charge me for the service call + part/labor IF they could locate the part. - Then Pat from DunRite called me. He asked me to send him the model #, just to see if he could locate the part before moving forward with the other guys. 10 Mins later he tracked it down at 2 separate places. Glad he did, since one place was over $100 cheaper than the other! He was in & out in under an hour, no separate service call fee & my fridge is running like new. Ice maker now working fine, had to request contractor to verify their work. This detected another issue, which they then were happy to resolve. Overall, would recommend Dun Rite for future work.

I was charged 181.00 for a part for a fridge that didtnt work. He did try to make it work a second time but no luck. Total cost of repair was 286.00. I cut my losses and purchased a new fridge.

Got an appointment in one day. Had some challenges in getting to the resolution on the dryer but as he said, "no machine is going to beat me", and he stayed until the job was done.
