Knew his stuff

Had a water pump installed in my dishwasher. we paid more then what he quoted. Never received a receipt (requested it 3 times). dishwasher was re-installed unlevel (I had to fix that myself) and Pat did not reconnect the water drain which leaked into the sink cabinet (I also had to fix that too). So if you want to pay more and then fix Pat mistakes Dun Rite is the one for you. LOL ... Pat still has not replied or called me back.

Very responsive re scheduling and getting needed parts ahead of time. Was on time, friendly and professional. Offered good information that will b helpful in future re the dryer. Had him look at another possible future repair and received good information.
