I contacted 4 businesses to get an estimate and look at what I needed done with my carpeting, furniture and odor removal. Emerald Coast Home Services was the only business to come to my home and LOOK at what I needed done and the problem areas and odor I needed addressed and then provide me with an estimate. Both I and Emerald Coast Home Services knew what was specifically expected and the cost BEFORE starting the job. That was important to me. I don’t like surprises when it comes to $$ and the maintenance of my home. This was a big reason I went with Emerald Coast Home Services. I also went with Emerald Coast Home Services because of their understanding that life happens and showing no judgement at the extent to which my carpeting and furniture had not been maintained The other 3 businesses had not seen the job, I had no way of knowing how they would handle the condition my carpet and furniture were in. I don’t want surprises and I especially do not want to be uncomfortable in my own home when a business I’ve never met comes to start a job. Emerald Coast Home Services put me at ease in my own home BEFORE the job started. Customer service starts BEFORE and then continues on during and after the purchase of goods and/or services. Emerald Coast Home Services understands and practices this. Emerald Coast Home Services did a fantastic job on my furniture, carpet and odor removal - it looks and smells like I just moved in with no cats, new carpeting, new rugs and new furniture. They even cleaned the cat towers! They showed up as scheduled and went straight to work. The job ended in the time frame Steve had predicted. They left asking me to contact them with any questions and/or problems I may have. I will definitely use them again. They did quality work and provided great customer service

You can't go wrong hiring this company. They provide outstanding customer service. Did an excellent job on my carpet. I was in Tennessee when the SP called to ask what I wanted done. Sound recommendations of life left in carpet - restored a very dirty carpet back to good condition. Would highly recommend to anyone!
