The serviceman called to say he was arriving a little early. He was friendly and got right to getting the job done. The carpets turned out great. Only complaint was he estimated 8-9 hours to dry, 24 hours later the FR and master bedroom were still damp, even with A/C and overhead fans running. Wished he taken more time to extract the water.

We hired them to clean the carpets in our RV which were horrible. We purchase the motorhome used and it looks like the carpets had never been vacuumed much less cleaned. Not only did they do an amazing job on the carpets but they also cleaned 4 black out shades, 2 dining chairs and a material sofa and even the pillows in the motorhome. Everything looks 100% better and the only complaint that I have is that everything is still wet and some of it just damp. I'm not sure if this is because the humidity in FL or if too much water was used because the items they cleaned were in such bad shape. We've had our heat pump running, fans blowing and at one point window open trying to get all the moisture out. Also I'm not sure if they used any deodorizers but there is no fresh clean smell like I thought I'd smell but everything does have a clean appearance now. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

I had never seen the rugs or pictures of the rug before the cleaning so I can only comment on how polite the company is and how non pressured the contract was.
