I don’t typically write reviews because I’m picky and I don’t like leaving a bad taste in people’s mouth based of good work that I nit-pick. With that said I had to write a review for Emeral Coast Home Services due to the level of satisfaction. I had a different carpet cleaner come to house a week prior, and looks like he ran a broken vacuum compared to ECHS. I was skeptical my carpets wouldn’t survive (with a baseball sized blank ink spot on beige carpets) but they look brand new. Friendly customer service and didn’t mind a little chit chat where I’ve had some service reps seem annoyed I’m distracting them. If you need your carpets cleaned, don’t waste your time or money elsewhere.

We were ready to take our oriental rugs to Nashville to get cleaned after interviewing numerous companies in the Pensacola area because none of them knew how to clean these types of rugs. Steam cleaning - definitely not!!! These folks did and we are so pleased with the outcome.

They were wonderful. This company is a man and his wife who do the work themselves .They pay close attention to what you need and want done to each separate item. The work is outstanding and I will have them again and recommend them to others .

Steve and Trish called to let me know they would be slightly late (traffic concerns). After talking with Steve for over an hour, I felt comfortable enough to give him code access to my condo. They were fast and NO additional charge for stairs.
