The carpet is fine but they put in the wrong carpet color and I had changed the order on the carpet with plenty of time to make the change but the change was not installed.

He rushed. Poor attention to details. I had to re-do most of the corner pieces by myself when he left. The floor is squeaking, which I expected to a certain extent, but not that much! I am very disappointed about that. Some pieces were installed too tightly to the wall (hence some reasons for the squeaking). Some have a gap between them and the wall. Did not do much cleaning up after himself in the garage where he cut the pieces. He was nice and timely. Talented, but needs to be more professional/pay more attention to details. It's a floor, after all, and everything is visible.

On top of the hired work he was paid to do, he fixed a small section where the previous carpet installer did a poor job of stretching the carpet. Very impressed with the speed, accuracy and cleanup after the job was done. Thanks, Empire!

bad estimate by the sales person. they did not call out till the day of install that removal of tile on concrete is not doable by their contractors.

The Empire team did a great job! Love the quarter round trim that really finishes the flooring off. Great team that did my job! They were professional, respectful and cleaned up nice when they were done.
