    The sales call was reasonably low pressured and, about a week after the sales call, the installers worked quickly and efficiently to remove and replace the carpeting in a smaller townhouse in less than 6 hours. They did a nice job, yielding a much needed improvement!

    Three young men were brought in from Chicago to do the installation because it is so busy for them now.We had them do our living/dining area and midweek added a sunroom. They got it all done in one day! It looks beautiful!

    The installer swore profusely in front of me during one phase of the work and left the trim piece beneath the laundry space doors noticeably installed incorrectly. He said he would return at a later date to correct it. I hope he does.

    I was having wood flooring installed in my office, on the stairs and upstairs hallway. They did not use one solid piece on the stairs. Instead they used pieces- on top of that the installer put a raised moulding on the nose piece of the stairs so their was a 1/4 inch difference in the step and the nose - pretty sure that does not meet building code. I stopped him immediately from continuing with this practice- The threshold pieces used in door ways are too tight and squeak. ( no sneaking in late). Finally the threshold to the family room is cut in the area of highest traffic????? If I had to grade this team of installers -they were definitely the C or D team. Very sorry I used this company. On the up side they have someone coming into my home to inspect this job next week. We will see what they propose. If they remedy the problems I will be satisfied but make sure you insist on experienced installers.

    They offered to put my floor in in 2 days. I needed more time so they came 4 days later. They were very efficient. I was adding vynyl plank to my house of 1000 square feet. They moved my furniture and got it done in two days. The end result is perfect. Very courteous.

    Very professional from start to finish. Sales representitive didn't pressure sell a more expensive product. He just listened to our needs. The installers were very polite and explained what they did and walked us through the finished job. Would recommend them highly to anyone.

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
