They were ontime and able to work with me on my date request eventhough its kinda last minute request but they helped me make it happened. They can help with financial options if you cant afford to pay in full. I would hire them again

The work was scheduled to be completed in one day. First day did not show up until four PM, worked for two hours and left. Said they would return the following day at 10:00am to finish, arrival time was 1:00 pm. Had to come back a third day and did work all day to finish the job. Wasted three days waiting for these people to finish the job. Would not recommend.

They subcontract all their work. Contractor showed up 5 hours late. Took four days to install floor when we were quoted 1 to 2 days max. Many chips in wood. Another pro determined too many flaws to repair they had to rip out floor and re-install.

They completed the work in one day...four rooms and stairs. When had a small problem with stairs, they returned the next business day to solve problem to our satisfaction.

Part of the cost included removing old flooring. I walked away for 15 minutes and came back to carpet installed OVER the laminate flooring currently there. Tried to explain I didn't want that and there was a language barrier.

Floor installer did a great job. Salesman told me if doors needed to cut after floor installation, floor installer would do it. Now after floor was installed, Joe the floor installer said I don't do that. So job was not completed by Empire.
