Our pricing is very competitive with other plumbing companies in the Tamp Bay area. After reviewing your invoice, the cost for the work performed at your location is in line with our competitive pricing. Also, no work was performed prior to presenting you with the pricing and receiving your initials to complete the work.

Ryan arrived on time after having telephoned to confirm his arrival time. He explained that there would be a diagnostic charge if I decided not to proceed with the repair. He worked in an organized and efficient basis. He discovered a cracked PVC connection under the anti-siphon device. He had to cut out some of the PVC pipe in order to do the repair. He replaced the cracked connector with a metal to CPVC connector. He completed the PVC water path. He waited for 30 minutes for the glue to cure before turning on the water. No leaks.. ALL good. Beware to hire this company The worst contractor experience I ever had in my life. We had a main water line leak because of construction on the driveway. The pipe was all exposed and all would have to do was cut a 5 ft long piece out and replacing it with a new piece of PVC pipe. A 30 minutes job. They charged me $ 600 Unfortunately I had no other choice to accept it. Unbelievable I felt ripped off. I felt that I was held hostage and would not connect the system unless I paid what they asked.

Regarding your emergency plumbing needs related to a broken water service on 6/10/21. After reviewing the before and after pictures our plumber took of the job, the pipe needing repair was not "all exposed". Our plumbers had to excavate approximately 15 feet of soil (and partially into a rock bed) about a 18 inches deep to expose the pipe to effectively make a proper repair. Our plumbers do not start any repair work until they have assessed the repairs needed and provided the customer with a written estimate. Prior to beginning any repairs we require customer initials next to the repair price indicated, and also a signature of acceptance that our company will complete the work for that price. At no time were you "held hostage" for us to complete any repairs. You were free to call any other plumbing company prior to our plumbers beginning the work. After reviewing the invoice I see that you both initialed the price and signed the authorization to begin the work. The invoice states that 12 feet of compromised 3/4 inch galvanized pipe was replaced with SCH 40 PVC. All fittings and connections between both the copper pipe leading to your home and the galvanized pipe leading to the meter were tested for leaks and a 6 month warranty on parts and labor was indicated. You also signed the final acceptance and paid by check. $600.00 for 3 hours of excavating, diagnosing, parts, repair, and testing connections that included a 6 month warranty on parts and labor is more than a fair price for a professional plumber to travel to your home and make a repair of this nature. I find it very disheartening that you would publicly make false and disparaging accusations about our company, the scope of the work required, and the repairs that we performed in your review. As a family owned and operated plumbing company our well researched pricing is considerably below the larger plumbing companies in the area. I hope this reply refreshes your memory of the day in question and you will revise your review to reflect the quality plumbing repairs you received by the hard working members of our plumbing family. Also, the very fair price you were charged for the scope of work completed. If you would like to discuss this matter further please contact our office and either the owner or the operations manager will be happy to discuss this matter with you further.
