I hired them to clean the main line of a rental house. They went there and did some work. They call me and said they have to take the toilet out to finish the job as they already try to unclog the line and couldn’t. I accepted the work. They charged me $421. A week later the same problem. I call them again asking for warranty on the job. They visit my property again and said it is not cover by warranty. The plumber said that they charged me $421 because it has to go thru several clean outs. That he didn’t take out the toilet. They charge me $248. To clean the main line again. The plumber told me that the house is still in danger and a video cámara inspection was needed to verify the main line. He left without put the caps on the clean out after I told him that I would not do any more work. I ask for a detail invoice. Haven’t received yet. Not to trust this company. I will never hire them again.
