This company and all of the people I associate with are absolutely incredible! They were able to come to my house for a last minute install of my bathtub plumbing. The company gave me a good price and was even willing to work with me to negotiate a price in which I could afford. Angel, the plumber was 100% professional and courteous the entire time. Without even being asked, Angel slipped on floor protection shoe covers every time he entered my home. Even though it was last minute and Angel had to work late in to the evening, he was kind enough to take his time, explain what he was doing, and triple check all of his work. Because I did not have them install the tub surround, Angel could not get an accurate measurement of the spout pipe which turned out to be 1" too long. I phoned the company the following day after the surround was installed and spoke with Mark, the Operations Manager. Mark scheduled me immediately for the next day and they covered all expenses to correct the pipe length. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Thank you Every Day Plumber, you saved me a lot of grief! Sincerely, Michael B.

You want to be treated fairly? NO honesty and integrity found here! My water heater blew. So I was contacted about 10a, and I gave all the information about my project on first call, including mobile home/trailer job, 20gal heater, 1500watt, 120volt, dimensions of current heater, and closet dimensions. I was told they would arrive between 2p-4p, and if we agreed they could start working immediately. Call at 3:15 said they were on the way. They arrived at 4:45p. After they looked at the project first-hand, they gave me an all inclusive price $900. And blamed the high expense on having to use a similar replacement water heater just for trailers (the old one was 20 gal, 1500watt, 120volt) which cost twice the normal price of everyday heaters. I mentioned a 20gal, 2000w, 120volt Rheem that was $280 with 4 of them available at the store for pick-up just 2 miles down the road (Home Depot). Based on my closet size this new Rheem would fit, and my current power to the water heater was a 20amp circuit. I was told after conferring via phone with the shop they do not recommend a 2000w heater. I asked what parts were planned to be used and how it would be installed. I asked that they add a cold and hot water cut-off valve, and drip pan. He agreed that would be a very good idea. They of course were not ready to start working, and would need to pick-up the 1500watt heater, and supplies the next morning, and could start about 8:30a. Arrived about 9:30a. And they had a Rheem 20gal, 2000watt, 120volt water heater, imagine that?! I said great, that should save me a couple hundred bucks since we didn't have to buy that more expensive 1500w type. He said no, they are about the same price. I said what? Yesterday I was told the extreme expense was based on the unique 1500w heater needed, and also told NOT to use the 2000watt less costly version. And now you show up with the less costly version, but I am still paying the expensive price. I asked for the bill/cost of the Rheem heater, and was told that just gets charged directly to the company, and he does not have that info. Well then how does he know it's the same price? He said he could not lower the bill, it was what was agreed to the previous day. But you did not use the parts today that the bill was based on yesterday. I was told that was just the way it goes, and that it is pretty much the same price anyway. I did ask for the military discount that was never mentioned by any employees, but I saw on the website, they finally agreed to give me the 10% for that at least. I gave them a check, and should consider putting a stop payment on it. Quality of work was average at best (and the installer even mentioned being scared of the electricity, and for a moment I thought I would need to disconnect the power from the heater myself). They seemed very polite, but were obviously not up front, forth coming, honest or truthful in the long run. Hindsight being 20/20, I would not have used them, but two other businesses were b

Came out on time and did a great job. I think they are overpriced for the job that I hired them for. Not by a lot but I would not use them again.

They completed the work on a Sunday to accommodate my schedule. There was no extra charge for the weekend repair. The plumber completed the work professionally and did clean up the area after he completed the work. I was impressed that he thought to wear shoe booties before entering my house to protect my hardwood floors.
