    From the person who answered the phone cll to the gentleman who came out I found these folks friendly, customer oriented, and they actually told me I did not have the problem I thought I had and left without doing any work (just a trip charge).     This technician identified AND REPAIRED A TANKLESS WATER HEATER PROBLEM THAT EVEN THE COMPANY REP COULD NOT ! We were one step away from taking out the unit and installing a tank unit ...his work saved us HUGE money and we will use them again! GREAT JOB! We are thrilled!!
