Bill did an excellent job, he was cordial a fix our issues with the toilet quickly and clean, the only reason I have not given the 5 starts is because it was pricey. Nonetheless, I would recommend his job.

Bill and his team did a great job buiding a new granite header for my tub area, and plumbing it to custom specifications.

Bill was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We had a leak in our bath tub that had caused water damage in the ceiling below. We were expecting expensive repairs requiring the wall to be opened up, but Bill diagnosed the problem as a failed seal around the drain, explained the situation, and recommended reasonable repairs. We plan on using him again for future plumbing needs.

This was my 2nd time hiring Bill. Initially, he fixed a toilet issue and did a professional job that I hired him again to replace and install a kitchen sink. Bill, is personable, on time and is knowledgeable in fixing other issues when they arise. Bill worked around my schedule and I would highly recommend his work.

GREAT JOB! I hired Bill to replace my sink, faucet and garbage disposal. He responded quickly to my inquiry and gave me advice on the parts to order. Bill made arrangements to do the installation on a day that worked best for me (Saturday). I greatly appreciate Bill's quick response, flexibility and the quality of his workmanship! We hired Bill to help us remodel our bathroom. Tear out the old, replace bath with curbless, linear drain shower, tear out door frame and reverse door direction, move HVAC under the floor, replace fan and run new wiring from electrical box, and patch all drywall. We planned to do all the finish work. Bill was meticulous in listening to my plans and talking every detail through so he was sure what he was doing and what we were doing. The work done by him and his team was very professionally completed (e.g., seams on all cement board meticulously aligned and caulked; drywall patches not at all noticeable). On top of that, they are all friendly and easy to work with. We are so pleased with his work and am excited about hiring him for our next bathroom remodel!

Really appreciate Bill responding so quickly to water leaking from my condo ceiling on a holiday. He was not able to proceed further after diagnosing the leak location as the renter above wanted to get a second opinion and needed to contact her landlord. Fortunately the water leaked for a brief while and then stopped. I had a few other things that needed to be done which he was able to do and so was able to keep him around in case the renter above heard from her landlord (which unfortunately did not happen). Was a bit more than I expected to pay, but it was a holiday and he responded quickly so I'm not going to complain. Thanks Bill!
