It was a pleasure to work with Bill. He bailed us out in an emergency with leaky pipes under the kitchen sink. The quality of his work far exceeded our expectations.

Bill responded very quickly to a leaking pipe in our wall. He ended up having to remove the vanity to get to the leak and was very careful not to damage anything. Bill kept me informed step by step, and you could tell Bill is a skilled plumber from the high quality of his work. He left the area clean, and was very polite and professional!

Bill was easy to contact and arrived at the time we agreed upon. When he arrived he was able to quickly figure out the problem with my shower. He told me that the part that I needed was going to be difficult to find, so that the project would be expensive to fix. Once we agreed on a price he started the repairs. He had the part that was needed in his truck the whole time. He was able to fix in about 30 minutes. He over charged me and basically lied to me about getting the part. The first shower that I took, the handle came off. I went to Home Depot and replaced the damaged screw myself. Do not hire this company unless you want to be ripped off.

The price was fair. They arrived on time for both the meetings and the work. They made sure everything was tested and they even made sure that the areas of work were clean when they were done.

Great short-notice installation of a new water heater, just a bit pricey. The tech did good work and cleanup.
