Reviews
Write a ReviewNice job. EXCEPTIONALLY quick response to an emergency situation! Small repair of two pinhole leaks in a pipe. Done very professionally and promptly.
Bill...provided great timely service, I felt confident that he wasn't taking advantage of me, even though I openly admitted that plumbing wasn't my strong suit. Will certainly call him again.
Quick and clean. Thank you guys!
He was the first responder!
I made an inquiry for a plumber around 2PM and Bill called me at 2:05PM. We were attempting to replace an existing garbage disposal and in the process had some pipe hardware give out on us, creating lots of leak issues when we attempted to use the other sink. When I spoke with Bill over the phone, he took all of my information and was at our house a little over an hour later. He assessed the problem, determined the parts needed, and also installed the new garbage disposal and was completed in about an hour give or take. He was very straightforward with the pricing, provided quality work, and kept the space tidy. I will absolutely use them again in the future and highly recommend this company.
Bill was initially responsive and customer-focused. He did the installation of my water heater on the date he'd committed, but, didn't complete the follow through inspection with Denver until 11 days later. While the installation passed inspection, the inspector agreed to return when 2 other plumbers and 1 HVAC pro hired for other projects provided (unsolicited) feedback that the re-used copper connectors were not installed well; they were surprised the installation passed inspection, and that I'd paid too much for the work. When I contacted Bill with the feedback together with pictures of a water heater installed-well at my other home, Bill offered to re-do the flex lines to avoid the re-inspection meeting. Because I could only do afternoon appointments, however, it took 4 additional weeks for him to get out to complete that work. In the end, I do have hot water; the installation is complete; and everything seems to be working OK. My ratings are based on my experience as Bill was unpleasant when I provided him with the feedback that the initial installation shortcuts were disappointing as was the fact that there was some sloppiness with other aspects of his work as well. When the re-work was finally complete Bill asked me to put it in writing that I was satisfied with the job. I told him the re-done job looked fine, but, I wasn't comfortable to provide a "good job" rating in writing. His parting comments were unpleasant and I felt uncomfortable in his presence. Bill has expressed how important his reviews are to him. I see that many of the Home Advisor reviews he's received are very positive. That is great. It could be that my experience was just a fluke. I wish Bill and Freedom Plumbing well but, given the totality of my experience he would probably not be my first choice for plumbing jobs going forward.
we feel we received quality work, and bill was very pleasant however he was 20 minutes late, and did not call to say he was running late, and did not apologize for being late which is the primary reasons for not getting a better review.
