They was too expensive and they would not check on their work that was done. The room had a smell to it, it called them back and he said the it could be mold. Knowing the fact that checked for it before it was done. He should had said that before he did the project and was paid.

Daniel was, hands down, the most professional person I have hired to do any service work. He promptly called me to confirm appointment and communicated with me regularly, as needed. He showed up right one time, was very pleasant in person and did a magnificent job cleaning our very dirty carpet. He is quite knowledgable in the area of carpets and cleaning methods.

This service was not cheap. But they came on the same day, communication was very good, and they did as good a job as anyone could have done. When the stain didnÂ’t come out, I was even given a discount on the service. The damage was simply permanent, so there was nothing more to do. But they did everything they could. I would use this company again. They were very nice!
