Daniel, was very professional. He even pointed out too me how the last carpet service did not put plastic or coaster under chair and left a red mark. Daniel was polite, nice and he knew his job and responsibilities. A real gentlemen.

I had a terrible stain on a couch cushion that had been there a long time. I would have been happy if the result was just that it was not so dark. But he got it out. I can still see it a little, but it is not noticeable to anyone else. He also cleaned the carpet in one room. The technician was very nice and explained what he was doing. It was very clear that he wanted to do a great job, and he did. Also, he arrived on time. I will use them again. I highly recommend them.

The work seem like it was rushed. Not a professional work. Technician could not find the address Had to go find him then drive back to worksite.
