These guys were great. Only drawback is they're based in MD (we live in Herndon) & despite their best efforts to get here the same day I called (which is fantastic!), the Beltway was a NIGHTMARE & they couldn't make it. But the work was top-notch, the guys were extremely thorough, courteous & hard-working the entire time. It was a tad pricey.

Global Carpet Cleaning did an excellent job on my carpet and were very professional. However, I felt they were sorely overpriced as compared to many other carpet cleaning companies who offer specials. I needed my basement carpet cleaned the day before Thanksgiving and paid $120 for one room which was supposed to be a super deal according to the Manager. I've never paid this much for 3 rooms but poor planning made me compromise on the price.

Thorough cleaning, courteous and knowledgable. I have have used three carpet cleaning companies before. I had water damage this time and the carpet looked cleaner than previous other companies who had cleaned it WITHOUT water damage. Hence my 5 stars rating.

THE SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM GLOBAL CARPET WAS EXCELLENT. THEY WERE PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I WAS INFORMED ON WHAT THEY COULD DO TO CLEAN & REPAIR MY CARPET, HOW MUCH IT WOULD COST AND HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE. THEY DELIVERED ON EVERY POINT AND MORE. GREAT JOB!!!!!

It was more expensive than I was hoping for. The carpet looked very good when he was finished, but now, a month later, there are spots showing up in different places in the house. I will use a different company in the future.
