Our carpet was in pretty bad shape and now it looks awesome! We had some stains that I did not think would come out, not only did they come out - the carpet looks in almost new shape! Daniel worked very hard to make sure we were pleased with the results and followed up with a phone call to see how we liked his work. We had a bit of logistic problems and only did a phone quote, upon arrival the quote changed quite a bit. I would recommend either being very, very clear on the work and square footage if you do a phone quote or getting an in-person quote before engaging. I did not clearly explain our situation and it put us both in a bad position when his actual cost was almost double his phone quote. That said, the work was outstanding and I would hire this company again.

The technician was very competent and did a good job. However the person with whom I made the arrangement over the phone was misleading. He provided an estimate which was grossly inaccurate requiring me to re-negotiate w/the technician. Not nice for him and not pleasant for me.

I made the mistake of having him Scotch Guard cushions with a plush texture. This left some streaks but Daniel was cheerful about a return visit to make it right. All of the other surfaces were perfectly done.
