Not done what was promised. Came out dull, dull not shiny. Did not have appropriate tools.

Holly was not interested in having us make any changes to the work in order to satisfy her. She was merely intent on hurting my business with an unreasonably low 1 star rating. We did not have any lack of tools we did need to purchase the correct type and color of caulk in order to do the job right and this purchase only took a short while we finished the job in a timely fashion she was satisfied at the end of the service. We explained to her that she had several loose tiles and that we needed to use adhesive caulk instead of grout in order to keep the tiles from falling off.

Completely professional from beginning to end. Arrived on time for both the estimate and job. The workmanship was absolutely fantastic and beyond my expectation. The tiles and grout look brand new. I would hire Grout Rhino again and highly recommend them. Job well done.

Work was minimal and not up to standard desired. They did communicate right away.

These customers were not the home owners. As such, I didn't have any discussion about type of work to be done. I only arranged scheduling with them. The home owner was pleased with outcome and payed for service without complaint. I took before and after pictures showing huge improvement in the shower. The tenant was under impression that I would re-glaze entire surface which is not a service I provide.
