I received a phone call promptly from my inquiry. Guiseppe and his team were able to schedule me the same week. They were prompt, clean, and my tile floors look brand new! They even repaired some damaged grout. The estimate was true to the cost and it was fair. I will use Grout Rhino again for future tile cleaning.

Giuseppe called quickly to explain what they do. He called to let us know he was en route and how long he expected to take to get here. Arrived on time. Explained what they do and how they do it. They were very professional yet also friendly. Giuseppe checked on what his workers were doing, let them know what needed doing and inspected the job upon completion. Our floors are 19 years old and have only been cleaned once before so the grout was pretty dirty. We now have what looks like new floors. I highly recommend this company.

Good group of guys that take their work seriously, yet have fun doing it. They were here for almost 4 hrs and only took two 5 min breaks, working the full time to move furniture, clean, seal, mop/buff, and put furniture back in its original place. I work from home and they were respectful of my calls, listened to head phones while working and would engage me as needed when I wasn't on the phone. Floors are pristine, they provided details on maintenance and overall had great attitudes while doing the job. I would highly recommend these guys for any grout and tile needs and will use them again for our future needs.

Grout Rhino was professional from start to finish and did a fantastic job on our grout! After submitting my request for tile sealing quotes, they called me within minutes to discuss the details of the job and provide an estimate. Given the great reviews and the great price, I booked them to do the work and they accommodated my schedule. From that first phone call, they were professional, friendly and courteous. They called to confirm that they were en route the day of the appointment and arrived right on time. They went right to work carefully moving all of the furniture as they said they would (and we have a lot to move). It was nice to see they care they took with everything. Next, the thoroughly cleaned and scrubbed the floors/grout in preparation for the sealer. We choose the color from a nice selection of offerings they had. After that they went straight to work and did a wonderful job! We couldn't be happier with the results! When everything was dry, the made sure to put everything back exactly as it was and made sure I was completely satisfied -- which indeed I was. I enthusiastically recommend Grout Rhino to everyone who has similar needs!

This company was hired to clean and seal the grout in three bathrooms, but only completed one. This company broke a tile in the master shower bathroom and did not inform me that they did so, they claimed that the tile under the shower entrance could not be grouted because it needed to be repaired. They should not have done any work in this shower if they couldn't complete it and do a quality job.
