There seemed to be a misunderstanding between our needs and their perception of our needs. What we really needed wasn't within the scope of their expertise but that wasn't clearly communicated to us. Make sure that all the parties understand the relationship that you're about to enter into.

I came out and fixed the issues that weren't addressed the first time. We never discussed doing anything with the grout between the tiles other than scrubbing that grout, which I did. What I did explain was that I would replace the caulk where the different planes meet which I clearly accomplished. The customer pointed out a difference in color from various grout lines in the showers. This color difference was clearly due to previous patch work done by other parties who used different color grout from the original. I had to deal with husband and wife who were clearly not on the same page and both had unrealistic expectations.

DO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE GROUT RHINO!! Giuseppe the owner was the third and last one we obtained an estimate. One company said our tiles were in such condition he doubted his services would help!! If it was possible to award 6 stars we would.... on time, professional, very affordable ... and present during the work to oversee everything being done by his crew... MOST IMPORTANTLY HE WANTED TO BE CERTAIN WE, AS THE HOMEOWNERS WERE COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!! RESULT??? Just "brand new" tile!!!!

Giseppi and his worker were fantastic. They were clean and courteous. They came on time and completed in the time they said. My tile and grout look like the day it was installed. A true gem in the small business world!
