Write a ReviewGiuseppe called me back, I didn't have to chase him down. He was timely and honest and I would definitely hire him again
I had this job done before by other company. Giuseppe(owner) at grout Rhino did a better quality job for less.
Great Job Thanks!
Showed up on time, had the right equipment to do the job and finished the job in a timely manner.
I have used Giuseppe Binasco owner of Grout Rhino for a few years and have always been very pleased. His company does outstanding work. I would highly recomend.
Clean Good job. Finished promptly. No issues. No complaints.
Great job!!! My tile floors look brand new!!!
UPDATE: I am updating this review because Guiseppe called me and rightfully pointed out that it would have been better if I had called him first regarding the discrepancy in the amount of square footage that he cleaned, which resulted in a $180 overcharge. My comment was never and still is not now intended to call his honesty or character into question. However, my broader point still stands in that homeowners should be prepared to quote the amount of square footage under the roof (my husband was not accurate about this information when he met Guiseppe at the work site and Guiseppe said he had forgotten about the square footage we had spoken about on the phone when I booked the job, so that was a miscommunication that added confusion and not anything akin to fraud). But additionally, the contractor SHOULD measure and not guess the amount of square footage because Guiseppe, himself, said he does not include areas where there are cabinets/appliances/islands, etc. covering the floor. I respect Guiseppe for taking the time to call and politely talk with me about my original review. I find him to be an honest man of good character and was impressed that he stated he hoped to work together on a future project. Because of his courteousness in this regard and our newfound understanding of each others expectations, I would consider using him for a future job and have raised my rating from a 3 to a 4. I would not be afraid to use or recommend him, but take time to discuss and agree upon the scope of work in advance, so there are no surprises or misunderstandings. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Guiseppe was nice to speak to on the phone, and my husband said he did a good job cleaning our ceramic tile floor. (I have not seen it because we have moved out.) However, he charges by square foot. My house is 1,722 sq. ft. under the roof, which includes back porch. Subtract 576 sq. ft. for the 2-car garage and that leaves 1,146 sq. ft. On the phone, Guiseppe said it is usually even less because of where things like appliances and kitchen islands cover the floor. Well, when my husband brought me the receipt, I was charged for 1,600 sq. ft., which amounts to at least a $180 overage that he collected from us. My expectation was that since he charges by sq. ft., he would measure, but he did not and just made a random estimation, including extra for the back porch so the porch ended up being counted twice. My husband did not know to address it with him. This is the reason for my 3 rating. If you hire Grout Rhino for this work, I would strongly suggest you have him verify sq. footage before he begins. I have no comment on his quality of work as I have not been back to the house. But I should not have been charged for any more than 1,146 sq. ft. and wish I would have clarified that up front but really could not give this full focus due to trying to manage too many other issues elsewhere during the coronavirus quarantine. Lesson learned on my part, but I expect better out of my contractors too.
Highly recommend. Exceeded all expectations. Quality of work was superb.
