I went through 5 estimates and finally selected Ko-Am . My instinct and decision are right. It turned out the best decision I made. The contracts showed up on time and went through smoothly as promised. It tooled three days to finish the installation of entire house . My house now looks warm and specious. Please contact Mike, he will be able to give a reasonable price/discount and most important to provide a good advice. Thanks Mike and Wil And his team. Great jobs. I am happy to recommend the Ko-Am

Very happy with the speed, efficiency, and even art of the installers. Along with carpeting two sets of stairs, four rooms, and a hallway, they also repaired two additional dog-damaged steps and solved a problem presented by connecting two levels of flooring. Most impressive. And they never seemed to take a break!

We had Mike's company weave in hardwood and resurface the entire first floor of our home. His crew did an excellent job. Mike is great to work with. Our only issue, which was partly our fault, was not discussing the poly finish that would be used. Our previous floors were fairly shiny. The finish used was Satin, so not so shiny. But it still looks great! Great communication.

After a really bad experience with another flooring contractor, Mike as so easy to work with. He offered solutions to some challenges we faced and followed up with our punch list. We had a few finishing details that needed to be touched up, but overall very pleased with the work, customer service and prompt responsiveness. We would use them again.
