When the salesman, Mike, didn’t have a sample of the textured carpet I wanted to replace he tracked it down and stopped by my office to show it to me and then got the installation scheduled right away. He went the extra mile to make us happy with their product and work.

They did a great job! Laminate flooring looks beautiful - Had the wall-to-wall carpeting removed from entry and LR/DR and replaced with high quality laminate - looks and feels like real wood! Highly recommend them - Mike made this easy!

I had bamboo flooring put in my living room / dining room combination. Mike knew the best flooring to order, and it truly is beautiful and high quality. His crew worked very efficiently taking out the wall-to-wall carpeting and moving the furniture as necessary (including putting it back where it belonged). I was very happy that I had one point of contact (Mike) as another contractor I was considering had me calling the office, talking to the estimator, calling the office, etc., and dealing with miscommunications. I knew I could get a hold of Mike very easily and that he'd make sure everything was right. He ended up doing some "hand holding" which I needed throughout the process, and I am very grateful. I am going to use this company again, for sure!

This is the first time I ever used this company; and as always, it's a time of apprehension especially for such a large investment in flooring. I wanted to install a pre finished hard oak floor. Mike contacted me and from the first was very professional and was very helpful in his recommendations. The floor is now installed and looks great! But more importantly his installers were amazing, quick, very experienced, courteous, (truly knew what they were doing) and cleaned up before they left. Let me add... before the installers started they listened to my concerns... then asked me questions to ensure we were all on the same page; after all concerns and questions were resolved they got to work and the "noise" never stopped until they were done. I will use them again!

Mike was punctual and ready to estimate the job. He brought samples with him, if different styles and colors. His experience was helpful in choosing the right brand and color to blend in with the existing wall color and stairwell carpeting. The installation team was great too. They showed up as planned, worked well together, and finished the job on time. Very friendly and helpful in repositioning furniture too. Clean up was perfect! They actually made two trips to dispose of all the remnants and trash. Would definitely recommend.
