Mike was easily accessible and ready to discuss options. He was very friendly and has tremendous amount of skills and knowledge regarding his job. He explains things in elegant manner. He offeres you the choices without any bias and judgment. I chose him after I fell apart with six different agencies for the same job as OTHERS GAVE me run around. He was the first one that I did not feel post traumatic stress as I had developed by dealing with others before him. His crew of three people are amazing hard working utmost degree of compassion for the host and worked very diligently and with attention to details. Based on my experience in fair fax area I think Mike is perhaps THE BEST PROVIDE IN FLOORING BUSINESS and THE BEST EXPERT to go to for complex Flooring projects as was mine. My project coordinator Mike did a wonderful job for my house. My entire townhouse had carpet. He replaced my old carpet to new in my bedroom level and it looks great. He also installed engineered hardwood to my living level and it looks awesome. I highly recommend Mike and team for any flooring work we may need.

The project coordinator (Mike) arrived on time for the estimate, promptly provided that estimate, and was a professional throughout the project. Demo and install work started on time. Sanding/finishing work took several days longer than expected. Overall work generally looked very good. Unfortunately, they stumbled a bit on some important details, such as: failed to reinstall the toilet and sink they removed in a 1/2 bath; failed to properly fill holes where old stair treads met stringers; did not know when to use caulk vs. wood filler; poor initial repair of several damaged boards; forgot to install quarter-round in several places; etc. They ran a good race but stopped short of the finish line and had to be coaxed across. I like these guys (especially the finisher Jose) and would hire them again, but wish I had not been put in the position of needing to serve as the quality control supervisor. Otherwise, they easily would have earned a 5. UPDATE 6/15/202: The estimator and project manager showed up on time and provided a timely estimate. Demo and install proceed on time and quickly. Sanding/finishing work was delayed a bit. Ultimately, the work was very good, although I had to point out and push for the correction of numerous quality issues. Although I wish I was not put in the position of serving as the quality control supervisor, the quality issues were ultimately addressed to my satisfaction. They are nice folks to work with and I would hire them again.

Pro-Am took great care with my furniture and other things while moving them to install carpeting. They were polite, professional, did great work, and cleaned up after. Highly recommended.
