    My kitchen floor was down to bare wood in areas. Now, it’s beautiful! KPI gave a reasonable price for the job, the workmen were all friendly, professional, able to answer questions, and Rob O was always reachable and very helpful-even when I decided to switch from water to oil based polyurethane at the last minute! I definitely recommend using KPI for hardwood floor refinishing!

    I absolutely love this flooring. Rob and his crew were efficient and got the floor installed in record time and as far as I am concerned, perfect! They were neat, clean, and listened to me if I had a concern. I definitely will hire Rob again when I need more flooring or carpet.

    The floors look great, but the state they left our home in was alarming. Everything was covered in dust and there was pee on our toilet seats. However, Rob sent a team out within 24 hours to rectify the situation, which we were very grateful for. They do right by their customers.
