Quality of work was fine and job was done quickly. However, the city cleaned up 1 of the 3 downed trees before they arrived. I contacted them and had a verbal agreement that they would reduce the bill accordingly, but could not get a firm number before they started, due to short notice. After job was done, they stated that the price was the same, even though the effort decreased by nearly a third. Very disappointed with their business practices. They promised something and did not follow through.

Very kind. Wanted to be sure I was happy prior to paying. Helped with a huge tree out front and two trees ensnared with DTE lines. Will definitely use again. Thanks Chris!

Had a large Maple taken down and they did so with little damage to landscape. Great customer service and worked with me on timing due to weather conditions. Had to find the right window to prevent as much damage to landscape due to a odd winter with lots of rain. Thanks Chris!

Came out right away for the estimate. Had to wait for the work to be performed because of the weather but when conditions were good, the work was done quickly

LaFountain removed old Blue Spruce which was overgrown and diseased. They did all work quickly and professionally. Also recommended a different variety for our new tree which is more disease resistant. Everything looks great and highly recommend LaFountain!!

Friendly , but professional. Did the work immediately. Went above and beyond what I expected. Because of the height of the trees, I had a difficult time getting someone to do the work. They are amazing and I would recommend them to anyone.

LaFountain Tree Specialists called me almost immediately after I contacted HomeAdvisor and arranged to see me at 10 o'clock the following day. The LaFountains (father and son) arrived right on time and we agreed on a price to have a large tree taken down. They promised to have the job done that same week and, in fact, they actually came back the same day with their crew and equipment. The job was done very professionally and they cleaned up nicely by 5 o'clock, leaving the large pieces cut to lengths suitable for my son's wood-burning furnace, as I requested (no extra charge for that). They returned several days later and ground the stump, leaving me a nice, neat pile of mulch. In short, these guys were so pleasant and professional that I have made arrangements for them to do additional work. I highly recommend them.
