The work was good. The timing was good. The pricing was good. The reason I give this company a rating of "3" is that they make it difficult to pay. Their Home Advisor website states: "Credit Cards Accepted". They do not have credit card set-up despite this claim on their H.A. web page and despite the fact that, with many phone calls with them, they stated that they would be getting the credit card machine "tomorrow". Otherwise, their work was fine.

I apologize that we took so long to take your payment. We were in the process of trying to accommodate your payment needs-during a storm! I informed you it would be at a minimum of two weeks so I could check out different companies. Your rating is unfair as we were accommodating you-the customer.

I can't say enough good things about Chris and his team. Everyone, from the person on the phone, to the owner, was great. This was the only company that was able to cut huge limbs off a tree without a several week wait. They were quick, careful, and cleaned up when they were done. And they did all of this near wires and through a narrow driveway. Great job!

Tried to make an appointment via the app and even left a VM. No one bothered to even call back to discuss the job. Very disappointed!

very professional, they came out right away and took the tree and stumped it as well and cleaned up. Was able to get to me as soon as they could with the rain. They worked very quickly.
