They did an outstanding job removing a troublesome mailbox and installing a new one. The job came out very well, they were courteous and polite, and they charged exactly what they estimated would be the installation price. I can heartily recommend Handyman of West Knoxville.

When you hire someone, you want to walk away knowing that they are here to work and not have to micro manage them. In my opinion the job should have taken at least 2 hours but he took 6 and half. Never going to pay by the hour again.

As for the scope of work being completed in 2 hours, we can only post the list of items completed and let anyone reading this review make their own assessment. We are also pleased to see the quality of work must have been good, since you didn't mention any concerns. The scope of work was as follows: (1) Paint half of ceiling in garage, (2) Install toe kick and trim in master bath, (3) Install trim in linen closet, (4) Install pad in master closet under carpet and then re-stretch carpet, (5) Paint back wall in master closet, (6) Install trim in master closet, (7) Rehang closet door
