Very professional. Actually came to site before I expected. However, was glad he did. I didn't have to wait all day anticipating his arrival. Had all equipment and was ready to pressure wash the house. I would recommend service to anyone.

Guess just unlucky. Got a new Young Job leader. He will probably be good one day if he would accept that he doesn't have experience with every thing. Paid for 2 hrs work That should hasve been done In At the least 1-1/2 hr. His Helper was pretty good he was an experienced worker. I was in such a hurry to get them on the way I didn't notice a small mustake till after they left. Luckily I can live with it. For the prices charged I was disappointed.

We use the reviews to make changes which improves our services as well as overall customer satisfaction. We agree that the average time to install a motorized sunshade 12? long takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours at standard height. After reviewing with you the height your shade would need to be installed, our customer service rep said it may take 2-4 hours because we would be working off two 24? ladders with a third bridging over a set of stairs. Good news is our team was able to complete the install within 2 hours, including pulling the power to operate the motor. We hope you enjoy your new sunshade and we look forward to helping you with future projects.
