Overall job was performed well with proper clean up, but it took 2 separate visits to get it done right. And they charged me labor for the follow up visit to get the job right.

They were unable to fine a part for the door. So we are going to buy a new storm door. I would use them again.

The most professional service since we moved to Knoxville a few years ago. The service men were profeesionals who were on time and called ahead to let you know they were on thier way. They were respectful, people oriented, and knowledgable about their profession. The costs were reasonalble to include electricians and plumbers that were needed for this project. They were tech savy , used email to communicate to stay in touch., utilized the internet as a tool to achieve the project saving me time in shopping in stores for fixtures & used cell for pics on 1st. service call for reference, later, a cost effective methodology to both of us
