The Technician, Demetrio Perez, was excellent. He was very professional, polite, prompt, kind and very knowledgeable. He arrived on time and performed the service of taking care of the sprinklers with great professionalism. He exuded professionalism and politeness.

Mason was on time and very professional in his decorum. I am appreciative of his integrity. He did not make any repairs before he allowed me to see what was wrong with my system. I also like the fact when he was unsure about something, he called the office to make sure he was following proper instructions and implementation strategy.

Lazzaro did a wonderful job fixing the sprinkles. He really care for doing the best. I had two companies before but this was my best experience. He explain in detail so I knew what needed to be done. Finally the sprinkles cover all and the grass is looking much better. He was very professional and knowable. I will call him again. Lazzaro hizo un trabajo excelente. El realmente se intereso en hacer una reparacion completa. Ahora toda el area esta cubierta y el zacate se ha recuperado muy bien. El es muy professional tiene mucho conocimiento y experiencia. Quede muy contenta con el trabajo que realize y lo llamare de nuevo en el futuro.

Angel was well informative took the time to walk me through every repair. Explained to me what needed to be done and wasnâ t priority. Extremely fair in pricing and done right the first time. I do highly recommend Angel and Pacific Lawn Sprinklers

On time, found the leak caused by landscaper. My fault for not having Pacific mark my main line when transplanting hostas. Also, they do a back flow test and send it in to the city.
