I needed to have my lawn sprinkler activated. Another sprinkler service never answered messages, I had to call several times to find out that my appointment was two days later. They could not tell me as specific time they were coming, so I had to take the whole day off of work. Then they called the morning telling me they were unsure whether the person would arrive. I called pacific lawn, sprinklers, they were courteous returned my call within five minutes and had someone come that day ( within a three hour time-frame). The person arrived on time, was courteous and did a good job activating the system.
