Dave Philpott arrived promptly at our scheduled appointment time to winterize our sprinkler system. He was very knowledgeable about our system and was excellent in explaining what he was checking and in answering our questions. Dave completed everything that was explained to us on the appointment confirmation (which we received the day before his arrival). We are delighted to find this reliable professional. Super helpful- we're new homeowners from NYC to the suburbs and had little knowledge about the winterizing process, but everyone was very kind and knowledgeable. Pacific Lawn Sprinklers were the quickest to respond and had the most flexible options. We'll definitely have them come back in the Spring.
