They were ok, but seemed very rushed and didn't pay enough attention to detail.

Initially they called me for an appt that was 3 weeks out and initially declined because I had someone already coming in 2 weeks. They called back and fit me into their schedule and came in 4 days (Sunday). I canceled the other apt and went with them. I"m big on getting great customer service. This company took the time to call me back and fit me in. Not many do that. I just converted to a new company.

Pacific Lawn Spinklers workers were on time, found the reason the sprinker was leaking very quickly, explained the problem to me and the cost of fixing it. Their prices I thought were very reasonable, cheaper than the previous company I used (shouldn't say that, right?). They were very professional and I plan to use them for my sprinkler needs going forward.

He arrived in the latter part of the 4-hr window, so i had to stay pretty much near home. I wish the window was not that wide -- say 2 hrs -- since it only for activating the relatively new sprinkler system.

Good service, prompt for winter shutdown. They agreed to come back in the spring to give an estimate for a broken sprinkler head.

I hired them to winterize my sprinkler system late during the year. Unfortunately they did not show up during the scheduled appointment (maybe they could not find my house). We rescheduled and did not charge me anymore which I appreciated. They offer a very good discount for new customers which other contractors do not. Overall, happy with their service.
