Troy showed up same day to give an estimate. Very professional and polite. Prompt response when contacted and I felt like he really cared about his product and workmanship. Went above and beyond to accommodate. Some businesses still understand, â The customer is always rightâ . Good old fashioned kind company. Highly recommend!

Troy was extremely professional. He assessed the problem immediately with our gas pool heater....the water temp sensor. He was able to procure the part and install it and within 1 hour our spa and pool heater was up and running. Our pool heater is older and it would have been an easy recommendation to just replace the whole thing but was honest in his recommendation to repair the sensor before jumping to the conclusion to simply replace the heater. I would use him again and will he contacting him when we do need to install a new heater. Troy is the owner of the company which I always good to deal with — versus a commissioned tech trying to sell something that is not needed.

Very impressed with their knowledge and service. My pool is cleaned and chemicals are checked and added if necessary every week.
