it was pleasure to use troy to replace my jandy heater. he showed up the next day after i accepted the quote and did the installation which went very well. other companies wanted to come to property to inspect valves, etc before agreeing to a price. not only did troy not do that he replaced a broken jandy pressure gauge with another jandy gauge ,tightned up a leaky unisons on motors and rerouted wiring that was incorrectly left inside heater by builder and did not charge for any of this! a very good & honest pro.

Working with Parker Pools was a very pleasant experience. Troy really went our of his way to do a quick and professional job even though we wanted the work done right away. He changed his plans so he could accommodate us. He cares about the customer. We also switched our weekly pool service to Troy because of his great customer service. Very happy we found this great family company.

Called in the morning and Troy installed new pool pump and motor in the afternoon. Very easy to do business with. Troy also fixed some corroded electrical conduit laying on the wet concrete with exposed wires that were a safety hazard. I appreciate his promptness, expertise, and efficiency. I noticed the pump leaking yesterday and today it is fixed. I especially like that I don't have to give it another thought. Well, at least not until the next pool "thing" breaks. I will call Parker Pools again for sure.
