The representative from Parker Pools contacted me within 10 minutes of submitting a request for referrals for pool heater service. Someone from the company was at my house to evaluate the problem within the same day and when he determined that the heater would have to be replaced he provided me with a written estimate and the job was completed 2 days later.

Troy came by the morning after our initial phone conversation to assess the multiple leak issues in our pump plumbing. Besides the obvious leaking points in the pvc, he demonstrated where air was entering ever so slightly and therefore affecting the performance of the system. The main leak, which had to do with the seal plate, he thought could be a simple repair. The next afternoon (long story short), despite his efforts, the main leak required purchasing a new seal plate as the original (10yrs old) had become very brittle and was disintegrating. We were so impressed that he didn't just say "oh- you need a new part" right off the bat but spent quite a bit of time trying to solve the problem at minimal cost to us. He had also observed some minor issues with wires and took care of that at no extra charge. Parker Pools was great! They came out to my house and gave me an estimate to install a pool heater. They had it in and running within 24 hours! The installation is very clean. They cleaned up after and left my house cleaner then when they got there. They were so professional I later decided to hire them for my weekly service. Highly recommend!

We hired Parker Pools to fix a leak in our pool. Troy was so responsive, informative and professional I decided to have them replace our pool heater. It turned out to be a very difficult and tight installation. He thought about it and came up with a few ways we could get the heater in the tight fitting space. We chose the one that was more work for him but it was the safest way. We are very pleased with our experience with Troy and Parker Pools.

Very easy to talk/phone/text Troy; kept up to date on job progress. Did an amazing job on our pool remodel, the result better than we expected! Troy was on top of all aspects of the project and satisfied our requirements in every respect. The job was completed within the estimated time, and we now use Parker Pools for our weekly service.
